The videos below show the correct commands and form while doing the Conditioning Drill 1 (CD 1) exercises. The correct repetitions, however, to conduct each exercise are 5-10 and not what's been shown for each video.

1. POWER JUMP (MODERATE PACE, 5-10 REPS.)
